I love this grill buffet. This is my second one in four years and I use it everyday for many purposes. I have only one complaint. It sits in an attractive red heavy-duty decorative base, which always ends up with melted areas from the grill's heat, which the manufacturer could solve by putting a metal band around the top inner rim. Other than that it is a wonderful product. Heats evenly,cook just about anything and is quick and easy to clean.

I got the Santa Fe Quesadilla maker and love it. When I saw this, I thought that it would be a great addition to my kitchen. It is! I like fajitas and this is great for that, but it also works as a buffet for parties, keeping foods warm during a meal, or you can even eat off of it when you're having a cozy dinner for 2. The uses for this are endless.
